The Empowerment Zone's Neighborhood Resources, staffed by its Program Operations Unit, are centered around a vast array of economic and community development programs. These programs were designed and funded by the Zone's Community Trust Boards and other partners. Those under implementation are operated by providers under contract with the Empowerment Zone. These contracts are monitored by the EZ's Program Administration staff, who assure program goals are met and help providers deliver the best services possible.

In this section, you will find information on our three Community Trust Boards, the programs currently under operation, and an explanation of some of our other current initiatives. Providers will also find many of the resources to help with their programs and their contract with the EZ.
